(The Boy is reaching for a not-so-hidden Easter egg in this picture!)  We were fresh from divorce, we two, finding our way as a single-parent household.  I was babying the both of us, and that is what we needed at the time.  We spent a lot of time together, cuddling, playing, reading, and visiting fun places.  It was a happy time, even though money was tight.  We were learning just how miserable we had been, and how happy we could be.
